Is there any minimum quantity for placing of order?

Yes, you must order at least Rs. 500 for the delivery within India, and at least $300 for the export to overseas countries.

Will I receive Pro Forma Invoice after the order confirmation?

Yes, we provide Pro Forma invoices to our customers as soon as they confirm their order with us.

How can I pay for my order?

The mode of payment for the order is available offline as well as online. You can pay in cash or through NEFT or RTGS transfer mode.

Do you have any specific policy for product safety from damages in the route?

We take utmost care concerning the safety of the stock in route. However in unforeseen circumstances, in case there is found any damage in the delivered stock, you are requested to contact our customer care at 7838514530 immediately, not beyond 24 hours of the delivery time.

Do I have to make full payment in advance?

The client is supposed to make only 100% of the payment in advance as per our Payment terms & conditions.

Can I cancel my order once I have paid the advance amount?

You can cancel your order until the stock order is not dispatched from our store, failing which the order cancellation request won’t be accepted. For more details, check out Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Do you provide the Material Safety Data Sheet for a JMS product?

Yes, it can be generated if it’s demanded from the client side depending upon order quantity.

I don’t want to face custom clearance procedures, can your company help in this matter?

Yes, you don’t have to worry about it, since JMS has its own IATA agents for the custom clearance at Indian Ports

Do you provide Samples before the actual order?

Yes, we can send the samples on clients’ request. However it would be payable.

How are my order products shipped?

The ordered products will be shipped with all the precautions taken for the pharmaceutical medicines mode depending upon the buyer specification project.
